Fill out the qualification form, view the pricing options, choose the plan that is right for you. Pay and submit your intake form to our certified prescribing Dr. and wait for your approval.
Recieve Medication
If medication is part of your membership plan you will receive it in the mail in a medical cooler and can get started that day.
